Travel Clinic
We can provide a full Travel Health Service to ensure your health is protected when you go abroad. 

Out of Hours
We are covered by the Frimley Primary Care Services Limited, based at Frimley Park Hospital and accessed by dialling 01189 365649.

Prescriptions

Test Results
We are extremely busy with telephone calls for the first 2 hours of the morning - to help us please do not phone for results until after 10.00 a.m.

Home Visits
Visits should be requested, where possible, before 10.00 a.m.  They are made only at the doctor's discretion.  Please ensure you leave a contact number and address when phoning, as the doctor is likely to phone you before making the home visit.

Children and Teenagers

Our Health Visitors can be contracted directly on 01252 373057 - there is an answer machine, please ensure you leave contact details and details of the child. They are responsible for children up to the age of 5 years and are happy to discuss any concerns you may have.

Test Results

Please Note:

Tests and X-rays performed by hospital doctors are reported to the hospital doctor and are not normally sent to the Surgery

Some test results can take 10 days or more to return, so please be patient if they are not available within a few days of your x-ray or other tests. 

Travel Vaccinations

We are a yellow fever centre. You do not have to be registered with us to access this service.

You will need to make an appointment to see the Practice Nurse at least 6-8 weeks before you travel.  Prior to making the appointment, please complete the travel assessment form and send or bring it to the Practice. This information will allow the Nurses to assess what length of appointment you require.   Please click on the link below:

It is important to make your initial appointment with the Practice Nurse as early as possible  - at least 6 weeks before you travel. The Nurse will discuss your travel arrangements during this appointment and probably give you the first of your vaccinations.  Some vaccines have to be ordered, e.g. Rabies, as they are not a stock vaccine hence we request you make an early appointment;  subsequent appointments will be arranged by the Nurse.

Most travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge.  This is because travel vaccination is not included in the services provided by the NHS and is, therefore, a chargeable service.
