Change of Online Prescription Service   If you use the online prescription service, you need to come into the Surgery to register for a new password - please bring along photo ID to do this. 

WE ARE A YELLOW FEVER CENTRE! You do not have to be registered with us to access this service. However, if you are not, you will be required to complete a form with basic information, before we can book an appointment.

Travel Clinic
We can provide a full Travel Health Service to ensure your health is protected when you go abroad. 

Out of Hours
We are covered by the Frimley Primary Care Services Limited, based at Frimley Park Hospital and accessed by dialling 111.

There are several ways to request or collect your prescriptions. Please check under the 'Prescriptions' page.

Test Results
We are extremely busy with telephone calls for the first 2 hours of the morning - to help us please do not phone for results until after 10.00 a.m.

Home Visits
Visits should be requested, where possible, before 10.00 a.m.  They are made only at the doctor's discretion.  Please ensure you leave a contact number and address when phoning, as the doctor is likely to phone you before making the home visit.

Giffard Drive Surgery Flu Clinics

We are in the process of planning our flu vaccination campaign for 2019-20 and will continue to offer this service to our our eligible patients. 

We will be holding our annual Saturday flu clinics at Blunden Hall on 28th September 2019 and 12th October 2019 between 1pm-4pm.  Please call the Surgery anytime from mid-August to book an appointment to have your flu jab.

The flu vaccine is recommended for everyone over the age of 65 years, or for those who have any of the following diseases:

  • Diabetes Mellitus
  • Heart Disease
  • Chronic Lung Disease
  • Asthmatics who are using inhaled steroids regularly
  • Chronic Kidney Disease
  • Chronic Liver Disease
  • Those who are immuno-suppressed due to illness or treatment

This year the influenza vaccine will again include protection against swine flu.

The doctors at Giffard Drive Surgery support these recommendations and would encourage you to take up this offer.

We are also offering the flu jab to our pregnant patients so please make an appointment.
