We are extremely busy with telephone calls for the 2 hours of the morning - to help us please do not phone for results until after 10.00 a.m.

Home Visits
Visits should be requested, where possible, before 10.00 a.m. They are made only at the doctors discretion. Please ensure you leave a contact number and address when phoning as doctor is likely to phone you before making the visit.

Surgeries have areas from which they register patients and you will need to check whether you live in our area before registration can take place. If you are not in our area we will advise you whom to contact. If we agree to your registration you may complete the on-line form within pre-registration - but please read the instructions - in red - carefully. The form then needs to be brought to the surgery to complete the registration procedure

If you are registered with us and you move within Farnborough, and our area, you stay registred; if you move within Farnborough but outside our area you may request to stay with us - in writing. The decision will be made by the partners, and you will be informed as soon as possible. If you move out of Farnborough you will need to change to a doctor nearer to your new address. The neighbours may be able to help you and the Public Library will have a list of GP's in the area

Please note that when you register your notes may be sent electronically from your previous doctor and likewise when you leave the surgery they may be sent electronically to your new doctor. Your personal information may be shared within the healthcare team and with other health providers.

If you have objections to either of the above, please write to the practice manager or senior partner.
