Test Results
We are extremely busy with telephone calls for the first 2 hours of the morning - to help us please do not phone for results until after 10.00 a.m.

Home Visits
Visits should be requested, where possible, before 10.00 a.m.  They are made only at the doctor's discretion.  Please ensure you leave a contact number and address when phoning, as the doctor is likely to phone you before making the home visit.

Carers

We have a Carers' Support Worker, Renee Cowie, working with the Surgery.

If you feel you would like details of help available or assistance in filling out forms, then Renee Cowie will be able to help you. Please leave a contact number with Reception, and possibly a brief note of what is required, and she will telephone you to arrange to see you either at the Surgery or to arrange a visit to you at home.

We hold a Carers' Clinic once a month with Renee on a Wednesday and there are three separate 1 hour appointments available at 12:30, 13:30 and 14:30.  Please ask at Reception to make an appointment or speak to our Carers Lead, Debbie Payne.  The dates for the clinics this year are as follows:

20 September

18 October

15 November

Please make sure you have filled out a registration form from the Princess Royal Trust for Carers (please ask at the reception desk). For more information about the Trust, please visit the website at the link below.
