Prescriptions                  There are several ways to request or collect your prescriptions. Please check under 'Prescriptions' page

Test Results
We are extremely busy with telephone calls for the 2 hours of the morning - to help us please do not phone for results until after 10.00 a.m.

Home Visits
Visits should be requested, where possible, before 10.00 a.m. They are made only at the doctors discretion.  Please ensure you leave a contact number and address  when phoning as doctor is likely to phone you before making the visit.

Appointments - making of

Advance bookings

You can make an appointment with the doctors usually two months in advance for follow up or routine appointments

For more something urgent we will endeavour to give you an appointment on the day,  however, there are times, e.g. if we are extremely busy, or on the occasions when you only require advice, where we will suggest that you are listed on the 'Triage' screen with a contact number.   The outcome of this will be that the doctor will phone you back, usually within the hour, and discuss the problem with you making an appointment for you where necessary.

You may be requested to phone for an 'on the day appointment' early in the morning on that day (from 8.30 a.m. onwards)

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment time PLEASE do let us know so that someone else can use the time.
