Appointments

calendarThe surgery opening hours are shown below. Occasionally there is a staff meeting that necessitates closing the surgery for a longer period. A notice will tell you when this is going to occur. We are not usually open at weekends.

Making Appointments

This Practice has systems in place for same day and routine appointments. Both are accessible by telephone or in person.

In order to allow more people to be seen, we triage all requests for ‘on the day’ appointments – please phone before 9.30 a.m.

You will be asked to supply your details, including a phone number, and a doctor (normally your own) will phone you back to assess your needs. If your own doctor is unavailable a partner will contact you. If you consider you need a more urgent appointment please let us know. We will do our best to give you an earlier time but please be aware this may be any time during the day.

Saturday appointments

For those patients who find it difficult to attend during the week we offer booked doctor appointments on alternate Saturday mornings.  Please note you will see whichever doctor is on duty on the day i.e. not necessarily your GP.

Should you be asked to make another appointment e.g. a few weeks ahead, please make sure you do this before you leave the surgery.
