1. If you have coronavirus symptoms eg a new persistent cough, high temperature >37.8C, loss of taste or flulike symptoms such as muscle aches and fatigue please access NHS111 for further advice by clicking here. Do not attend the surgery.
2. For all other enquiries please complete an eConsult by clicking here. This helps keep the phone lines free for patients without internet access and doctors phoning patients. Please note that you should only send in photos if asked to do so by the clinician who contacts you regarding your eConsult.
Using eConsult you can request a callback time eg afternoon or 10-12pm and we'll try to contact you within that time window

You can normally make an appointment with the doctors usually up to six weeks in advance for follow up or routine appointments:
In line with other GP Surgeries, it is Practice policy to review all our Did Not Attend (DNA) appointments on a daily basis. If a patient fails to attend 3 or more appointments per year without notifying us in advance or cancelling the appointment, they may be off-listed and asked to leave to Practice.
